@lasvegascool - yeah I hear you. I always throw a buck or two back at dispensaries and liquor stores that take care of us, so a $5 here when dropping two is doable. Getting half the cover as a commission is a decent payout IMO. Sure some other clubs pay more, but Libary payout is also super easy.

@RideshareRich I am all in favor of tipping back the cashier and door man. At $20.00 a pax it will be more of a gesture than a real tip. When they were paying 40 - 80 a pax I always gave more. Let’s hope the kick keeps going up. Then I’ll really kick back the kick back.

Hey Drew, Library is super easy. Great, friendly staff that wants to take care of us drivers. Drop, park, go to cashier with your rideshare app or taxi license. Fill out a quick W-9 if first drop of the year, get paid by cashier. Throw the cashier and door guy a few bucks too if you can. Easy sell too. Fully nude is the way to go. Glad they made the change.

What is their protocol to get paid ? A bunch of new drivers who do not know how to collect when they drop off customers .
