Hello Hoginvegas, our pay scale is commission. Therefore, there is no set weekly rate. We have had drivers make up to 90,000 a year. What you do is what you earn. Also, it’s revenue you will not be putting back into fuel, wear and tear of your own vehicle.

The transportation business in Las Vegas is definitely a challenge. I have been driving a taxi for 7 years. I have figured out what works well for me. There is no place I have not picked up or dropped off, so I know the city well. Yes, there is a lot of competition out there, if u are trying to compete with other drivers? U will only stress urself out and end up wanting to quit. If u are a good driver then do what u do best and u will get what u want out of what u are doing. Don’t take anything personal, focus on being safe, know where ur going before u start to drive. Good luck to everyone out there in the hustle.

Hertz is a scam operation I rented a car from them for 6 months and for the last 2 weeks they rejected my payments demanding the car back, I asked if I can exchange the car and I was told no.

I've been driving uber/ Lyft for a year on and off my question is are the taxis equipped with a GPS for directions? i can manage the strip but other locations I'm sure I'll get lost and I dont want to get lost. I'm tired of running my new car into the ground putting so many miles on it.

Walter Goudy, thank you for the inquiry. It is the DOT / FMCSA that regulates what is admissible in the system of a Driver in the transportation Industry in the State of Nevada. Glad I read this before i came in today. I was VERY excited to see what you guys had to offer. What is the litmus test on cannabis in system? What about medicinal use In a legalized state? I must agree with a previous comment, as a top driver for another company, though i don’t consume while working i enjoy the comfort of knowing that my job is not in jeopardy due to a (now) legalized substance in my system.

Lyft drivers if you get your car through Hertz watch out for Extra Fees they just charged me double for insurance . when asked they said that's how they doing it now 48 for the week and 32 for the weekend and then charged be $12 extra for each . Be careful

@jorge Thank you for answering my question. Looks like the State regulations are out of date in a cannabis legal state. No wonder why I see so many black car and taxi drivers drinking and doing cocaine. I'll stick to Uber/Lyft who will never test for cannabis because they would loose 70% of their top drivers.

Now in order to operate our buses with a capacity of 16 passengers and more a CDL w/Passenger Endorsement is required. We test for cannabis among other substances. We, like all transportation companies in Nevada, are regulated by the DOT and the NTA.

I am an above average fantastic driver knowledgeable of streets and back roads great personality.. know how to react to any situation. have a nice history of experience lots of random clientele etc. Drug testing isn't an issue. Question... being legal in Nevada do you test for cannabis? because I wouldn't pass and I don't want to waste any of our time.

VegasMike97 yes there was a time I would agree with you and you n certain days when the town is dead it can be frustrating for us all but we have worked hard since the shutdown to improve and we are continuing to improve. We have more drivers with 15 to 30 years than any other company and there is a good reason for that.

Worked for them and they pay is CRAP.. some days you’ll get one or two rides the whole day, they only give you like 20% of the base fare which is less than $20 per ride.. I liked the people, staff and the environment, pay is crap!

It’s hard to get a straight answer to earnings from your staff. 1) Can we develop our own clientele? (Something we can’t do with Uber /Lyft). 2) Is it realistic to work full time (40-45 hours weekly) and earn 60k or more a year? Yes I can work day, nights, weekends, holidays and OT for special events. I can give 100% to a company that supports their top drivers.
