Yesterday I brought customers that wanted to go to the Grove and I told him he’s a place close by planet of teen and he changes destination to planet 13 then he told me can you take us back and you wait five minutes I said yes I said if you see, that’s too many people. It’s not gonna be five minutes so when he went in, he saw too many people and he canceled the ride going back and it was a technical problem. The right showed canceled and then I called Uber and they gave me the amount that and they put they didn’t put the destination just paid me the amount of the ride going in there and they didn’t wanna pay me. They didn’t even try cause they have cameras and they could see the people they’re buying, but no they didn’t wanna pay me and that was my mistake. The Grove was excellent to drivers all the time. Nice pay you immediately and when plan 13 drop the price to $10 the Grove raised it from 15 to 20. So you should be loyal as drivers and take care of the jobs that took care of you and was Lawyer to the drivers at all times I will never take anybody. I don’t care if you pay me $40 a drop I’m not coming back and all your drivers should do the same because they really treated us like garbage and they will continue give them a month to their job the price again so they see your should look again what they doing the workers that are nasty. The manager was very nasty. She should be fired.

So you hired a consultant that was not from Vegas that doesn’t understand how Vegas runs and is not from the cannabis industry. It doesn’t understand Cannabis people well your job seems to be just to keep getting investors. You’re not making any profit. You’re losing your Dispensary in California you’re losing money in Florida. This is your cash cow and guess what you screwed the people that brought you the customers and now you’re back, begging for us to bring you the customers back again. Well, you never treated us with respect from day one your employees are rude to us. You can ask every driver about how they’re treated at other dispensaries and then how you’re treated at Planet 13 retreated his second class citizens with no respect.

@cage72.. missing the point completely, grow some balls, and call it what it is. frankly, i really dont care where the client goes, but apples to apples, this place is last on my list. they have disrespected the drivers OVER & OVER. they are selling copious amounts of ganja and are definitely showing a lack of appreciation.

I will not return to Planet 13 because they have made it extremely clear that rideshare drivers are disabled and will cut off this program anytime they see fit. Just as they have done multiple time previously. It a darn same to show up to Planet 13 thinking your gonna get a $20, then you drop your passengers and goto the window and they’ve reduce the bonus to $10 or cut the bonus pro game all together. So base how they have previously treated us and seeing that they’ve have now up the bonus to $25, I would have to say “It’s only a matter of time” before they lower this bonus or take it away again. No need to get into a routine what they are offering, when they can take it away and they have at any time they see fit. They only way to resolve this matter is to meet with the rideshare driving community and sign a working agreement/ contract that we can hold them to and legally seek enforcement when they choose to not hold up their end of the contract! If Planet 13 would like to schedule a sit down meeting with the rideshare driving community to discuss this matter further and do business the way business should be done, I can be reached via the people that manage this app. Until then, I will only encourage rideshare drivers to refer your passengers to the businesses that have treated you in a manner that you like and have consistently kept their word in providing you bonuses accordingly to the Kick Back App promotions they advertise.

Have you addressed the fact that your employees treat us like second class citizens there’s not a smile there’s not a friendly gesture. They act like they’re pulling the money out of their own pockets at the other dispensaries were treated very friendly and very nicely because they know we’re bringing them customers to spend money. It’s unreal how we’re treated there. Look at the different reviews from the drivers and they’ve pointed this out time and time again.

a lot of you drivers are just haters now. Let's be real... most drivers are just giving a ride the rider asked for, so any bonus is good. Curaleaf(and old Reef) right next door has never given anything. Yeah, they messed up when they lowered rideshare and kept taxi the same, since most of them do the exact same thing. But, Ive met Larry and he's an alright guy. And, they are doing a lot to rectify past wrongs. So, enjoy the new payout and donuts! :) I did 13 rides each of the last 2 weekends. :)

The Grove is where it’s at! In & out in a jippy. Even with the Grove being so busy, you’re still in & out fast! Planet 13 needs to up the annie to $30.

It is not just the money, we get treated better at other dispensaries by the employees. I always offer my rides a free ride back after the dispensary visit because it usually takes less than 10 minutes at any LED dispensary well at your dispensary I’m waiting 30 minutes for those people so I don’t offer them a free ride back. It’s not worth it.. Your lines are long because your dispensaries is inefficient in it dealing with customers. Hiring an advisor that goes ahead and hits a Stopwatch and times how long it takes for a transaction at Dispensary once someone checks in and the normal time it takes a transaction at another Dispensary guaranteed your are 2 to 3 times longer. You obviously hired the wrong consultant that’s not from the cannabis industry or Vegas…
