By the way, as far as the gas cards are concerned. They should have been given out to the first 50 people not to just select drivers. Three different drivers that showed up after me were handed gas cards and addressed by their first name by one of the hosts. If you're going to do that, do it in private not in front of other drivers. How can you throw such a great event and I end up leaving so aggravated. LOL

I really like Peppermint Hippo. tonight they put on one of the best appreciation parties ever. The gift bags are great. The people outside were great. The doorman was awesome. The food was outstanding but it only takes one thing to ruin an evening. A skinny manager with glasses on came over and kicks you out of general population and tells you to go sit next to the DJ. I sat there for an hour. No servers came by. No girls came by. In fact, they spent most their time sitting by the front door. I had $100 in my pocket to burn last night but I left with that hundred in my pocket. I think the Hippo is one of the best, classy clubs around but what a way to sour the night. To make matters worse I even got a text that I won the raffle only to drive all the way back to the club to find out I didn't win crap. It was a glitch in the system. so it turned out to be a double whammy. How do you expect me to recommend a place when I was ghosted as badly as I was? again, I really do like this place but tonight was a Debbie Downer.
