You should have a driver’s appreciation event or something similar so drivers will know what all you have to offer. It’s an easier sell when we’re passionate about what we’re selling

Good idea, but I've been doing this 6 years, over 10k trips, and passengers asking for suggestions are almost never going immediately, they're always asking for a later time.
