DO NOT FUCKING WASTE YOUR TIME I did 10 rides to planet 13 in the matter of two days, and kept track of every drop like the told us too. I tell them it’s my 10th drop and they said I only had 8 and refused to fucking pay me even with ride proof on both uber & Lyft. This is a shit show. I’ll continue to divert my rides elsewhere. Fuck them

The last straw for me was how rude the employees were to us like we were pulling money out of their pocket. Now they realize we were the ones putting money in their pocket, bringing them customers who were buying products and tipping them, now how do you feel about us? Unappreciative clown show.

My dispensary drops this year to date - Thrive - 31 Planet 13 - 5 My total drops to the same two dispensaries last year - Thrive - 5 Planet 13 - 43 I don’t say this to be offensive… Just to be transparent. If you don’t think that we will be suggestive and persuade customers to go to places that support us more than another, this would be naivety. It’s not personal. We are sales/customer service people that have bills to pay and families to feed. For me, I go where the numbers are. If someone wants to go to a busy dispensary and I want to persuade them to another, all I have to do is ask them, “When you get your marijuana, do want to have to wait around or do you want to get it and go?” It is that easy to persuade and let them make the decision where they prefer to go. P13, please don’t under value us. Some of us cannot support you unless you can beat your competition. You can be assured that until then you will miss a certain amount of business. I am only one driver.

Yea , after pushing us aside with no kickbacks while we were loyal was a huge eye opener. No planet I won’t drop people here , and no “”that incentive I gotta keep track on my own rides so later on you guys can be like “no , you are lying , we can’t verify your ride/purchase, so no payout.” Yea I’m good on that . There’s plenty of places that cater to us drivers and they never pushed us aside , like I’ve seen the other comments mentioned.

P13, when will you learn? 1) don’t keep changing promos, it creates ill will. Pushing us away has opened our eyes to other vendors who treat us better. 2) when drivers say they would rather take customers to Pisos instead of P13, you know your promo is bad. 3) this is the importNt part. For $10 we have to park and come in. Sometimes wait in a line for $10. It’s not worth it because we could make $10 or more in the same time by simply continuing to drive. However, when you pay us $20 or more, it’s worth it to park, get paid, take a bathroom break, maybe pause to eat in our car while we relax. To summarize, an incentive isn’t an incentive if it doesn’t motivate us to bring you customers.

Here y’all go again trying to win back what you’ve lost from your bad business decisions. We will not be using planet 13 for kickbacks. We will go to dispensaries such as the growth and others. Meanwhile, when we get rides to planet 13, we will use our consumer influence to direct them elsewhere Because it’s definitely worth more than $10!

Last month had an originating airport ride to Resorts world and stopped P13. They refuse to pay me out because the ride wasn’t from airport to P 13. Employee was super rude. done with this place.
