Dear PH, if you want more females in your club, please pay us equally with the other drivers. Offering less is sending the wrong message.
If I bring you a group of 4 females each weekend for a month, does the club make more (net) money from the $160 you saved in payouts or do you net more money because we brought you 16 fresh customers?

Mr Uber is right...rideshare always gets treated like second class citizens. I don't promote anything if Rideshare gets less than taxis and limos. Look at Planet 13...they finally learned their lesson.

if you want Uber drivers to promote your club and give us equal pay we have to do all the maintenance of our vehicle taxi drivers don't but yet you pay them more and we outnumber them by thousands
