They’re full of it. I brought two riders from airport and convinced them to go to plant bullsh t. They bought a bunch. They did NOT give the $25 because the rider’s destination was flamingo hotel and not the plant bs. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BRING ANYONE. THEY ATE FULL OF SH T.

When they say a requirement is to “show proof of ride”, do they mean that the final destination must be to them, or an added stop? Or can the destination be to somewhere else, but the driver “turned” the rider into stopping there while on route to another destination? Also, do local riders count too? 🙏

@planet13 you say you heard us but you haven’t. You haven’t addressed your rude staff, every other dispensary just needs to show the active ride and not their place as the final destination. Here is an example, give a passenger a ride and they ask if they can stop at a dispensary first. If I take them to the grove/Mint/Piso etc they go in the store and I get my kickback even though it’s not an added stop or final destination. If we do this with planet 13 we don’t get a penny.

I took a ride to P13 from Bellagio. He wanted to go to Curaleaf but I turned him. Told him P13 was closer. ;). I gave him a ride back too w/$8 tip incl. Didn’t see donuts but idc I got some buttermilk bars from the vending machine.

These guys really changed up the format on us SEVERAL times. I’ve never gotten paid for them once and they’re the biggest drop off for uber - so tell me why they think they can buy us all back!?! I don’t appreciate the way I was told “airport only” when I asked about a kickback like them plugging in the address was an inconvenience to them. Who cares how I got them there? They got there!

I see my comments aren’t going through. I wonder why… NOT. Workers refused to pay me because drop off address wasn’t to planet 13. I told them that I made the recommendation and we stopped there but they didn’t care. What’s the point of paying drivers to take someone to where they were heading to anyway? Never bringing riders here again. I’ll steer them away even if they are going to planet 13.

This is bs. They refused to pay me out tonight because the ride wasn’t going to their dispensary. I told them that they weren’t heading there and that I recommended planet 13 in good faith. They didn’t care and it left me with a bad taste. Never bringing customers here. I’ll take them over to Cura Leaf across the street and get nothing but feel way better about it since they don’t make false promises.

as driver and marketing expert the worst thing you can do to a driver is switch up on them after a few switch ups they get black listed by the driver like little darlings for me my escalade hasn't dropped there in 3years and I don't care what the Kb its about the principal lots of these industries survive from the drivers and Vegas in a recession they need us more then ever

I only have one issue with the place - they seem not to realize (nor possibly care) that drivers who work night shift would ALSO appreciate a donut on occasion. If their shift begins at 3:PM or later, there is zero chance of enjoying a free snack. I'm not even asking that they increase the number of donuts they are providing! Just space out the times that new boxes are put out.

Last week, I received a phone call from the CEO of Planet 13. We had a good conversation about their relationship with rideshare drivers. The CEO spoke to the mis-management of the kickback program and the corrections that he has put in place to include the terminations of those responsible for the mis-management. I explained the number of time they have slighted the rideshare drivers and he did apologize. As he is fully aware of the impact rideshare drivers have on Plant 13’s business. That is why he came back with a $25.00 Kickback (The highest amongst dispensary’s.), 24/7 and no paperwork! I told him that’s great, but how long will it last? He responded was for as long as he is the CEO and being that he is the largest shareholder of the company stock, he’s not going anywhere anytime soon! However, I responded with every CEO of a publicly traded company on the stock market has a board of directors, what’s stopping them from voting you out as the CEO? His response was that he has a great working relationship with his board and didn’t see that happening. All in all, I appreciated the CEO reaching out to call me personally and answering my questions. As a rideshare driver, I feel confident and will resume referring my riders to Planet 13. But let it be known, as a big critic of Planet 13, this is their last and final opportunity! Thank you, Mr. CEO. Best regards, CDUB
