What the hell is all the dam hostility??? Every business can gives kick backs and stop them when they want too🤷🏽♀️ Free Enterprise People … just like we have the right to put people out of our rides when we need too.. Common sense dictates that there were probably financial reasons the kickbacks were stopped and that’s fine… WE ARE NOT OWED KICKBACKS OR TIPS 🤷🏽♀️ that’s just a dam fact… The ENTITLEMENT of grown ass people is mind blowing 🤯

Back in early Dec., it was my 1st drop off at the establishment after hrs and the old blk lady behind the counter for unknown reasons took my cell number/ driver’s info, etc; and she said come back after 9am to get my credit. I showed up and they had not a damn clue with why was I there making me look like a fool. If and when I get asked about a good dispensary, I’ll take my passengers elsewhere .. 😒

lol you didn't "hear" or read anything. yall got cheap and greedy, so drivers started taking them elsewhere. all you did was you finally realized how much pull drivers have and how much it hurts your bottom line and decided to pull your heads out your ass.

This is about business… They apologized because they now clearly see the difference it makes on profits when intelligent drivers have the ability to persuade and are also on their team. Planet has always been great in terms of reciprocation until the unfortunate decision made last year. Making the payout higher IS the acceptable apology. Bringing it back to 24 hour payout gives them the competitive edge over other 24 hour payouts that reciprocate less. This is what matters the most. It’s what helps us pay our bills and feed our families. They clearly want and value our partnership. I’m happy and grateful to see that. Here’s to being hopeful and better business for all of us in 2026. Cheers.

I cannot sell my integrity, nor can any CEO buy me. At Planet 13, most employees treat drivers like animals. The company needs to hire well friendly, discipline and respectful employees.

I met Larry. He found out I was screwed out of bonus when they switch, so he personally called me up to rectify. He's a straight shooter that is really making an effort to set the standard for dispensary kickbacks. I did 13 runs the last 2 weeks. The new system is awesome.

They been arrogant for 3 years running now. dropped of my passengers went to get my kickback and got another ride request walking up to booth lady demanded to see proof of ride which takes a moment then she’s says your holding up the line. just left and been taking the visitors to mint the grove and pisos. no problems since then.

The staff at Thrive, Mint and Grove are friendly and welcoming of ride share drivers. Some of the employees at plant 13 act like they are pulling the money out of their pocket. You can see many drivers here point out the same problem and it’s the same employees. What is it Gonna take you to wake up to friendliness an attitude get you a long way. No line, no attitude no problems at other dispensaries

I will give 13 another try never had a problem with the staff. but when they started playing games with the payouts I took everyone to mint or the grove and Thank you for admitting a mistake most CEO'S won't do that and you Sir are the reason I will talk my riders in to going to 13 again instead of the other places unless the games start again then nothing could bring me back ever

Thankyou for the Video and thinking outside the recommended box, lol, so much has been taken from the drivers and given to the Black SUVs its like we don't even exist to some Strip Businesses but they need us so In short they are taking advantage and hording and illegally redirect customers for side payouts that go to the doormen! I applaud your generosity and honesty; we drivers really do work hard to bring customers to you and will continue to do so!!!

To the CEO,
You need to clean up some of your bad employees. One guy that checks the phone for the ride would go thru your phone like it was his phone. I suspect he is collecting some info on the drivers phone so he can use it or sell it for identity fraud. He is black and homosexual so you can identify him.

I was there yesterday by default for a birthday drop off. The staff at the payout area has the same attitude. I recall that every business success starts with attitude. I won't bring any clients there. Good luck.

So yea I hope you guys heard us loud and clear… as far the rest of the staff goes they are all great! We haven’t seen that lil kid around again… make sure sure yall get it tegother! Yes sir thank you for looking out for us. I’ve been disappointed with p13 since they cut the pay for us and been bringing many customers to The Mint and made a hundred dollars or more a day. From this day on with your support I’ll be bringing them there. Better quality and environment. Thank you again for looking out.
